Daven Residential is a husband-and-wife company owned by Charles and Amanda Davenport, building custom homes in Forsyth, Dawson, and Lumpkin counties, Georgia.
We bring different strengths to the same goal. Charles leads construction in the field, while Amanda manages the planning, budgets, and details that keep a project moving. Together, we help homeowners understand their options and make informed decisions throughout the build.

Amanda brings a background in construction estimating, residential design visualization, purchasing, and project management to Daven Residential. She manages budgets, design coordination, documentation, and client communication, helping homeowners understand how the decisions connect.
She enjoys solving problems and making complicated processes easier to navigate, with a focus on keeping clients informed and the details organized throughout their build.
Charles leads the construction side of Daven Residential, coordinating trades and overseeing the work that brings each home together. A licensed general contractor, he brings practical construction knowledge, strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and a hands-on approach to each project.
His focus is on working through challenges, keeping construction moving, and building a home that reflects the owner's priorities. He holds Georgia Residential-Basic and Residential-Light Commercial qualifications.
