Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Daven Residential, LLC collects through davenresidential.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a small company and we keep this simple. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

What we collect

When you start a project

The Start a Project form asks for your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, plus details about your project: project type, county, land and financing status, estimated budget, approximate size, plans, hoped-for start, how you heard about us, who referred you, and anything you choose to tell us. We use this only to reply to you and to understand whether we are a good fit for your project.

When a past client shares their experience

Clients we have built for may receive a private link to a Share Your Experience form. It collects their name, their written comments, any photos they choose to send with a note about each one, and their choices about how we may credit and use what they send. We record the exact wording of the permissions they agreed to. Nothing they send is published until we have reviewed it, and we publish only in the way they chose.

When you visit the site

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not identify you personally. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that keeps automated spam out. It looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots, and it is not used for advertising. Like any website, our hosting provider briefly processes your internet address to deliver pages, protect the site, and limit repeated form submissions.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Because of that, you will not see a cookie banner here.

Who handles your information

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They handle your information only to provide their service to us.

• Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the forms, checks for spam, provides visit counts, and privately stores photos sent through the Share Your Experience form.
• Google Workspace stores form submissions in our private spreadsheet and delivers our email.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to, for example when you want us to work with your lender or designer, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Project inquiries are kept until you ask us to delete them, or for three years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. If you become a client, your project records are kept as our contracts and the law require.
• Testimonials and photos are kept while they are published or under review. You can ask us to remove them at any time, and we will take them off the website and delete our copies.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email projects@davenresidential.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. If we are working together under a contract, we may need to keep some records the contract or the law requires.

Children

This website is meant for adults planning a construction project. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. They are stored in a private spreadsheet and a private storage area that only we can open. No method of storing information is perfect, but we limit who can see your information to the people at Daven Residential who need it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
