Our published fees

The fees on our How we work page are our published fees effective September 1, 2026. We may change them at any time, and the page shows the date that applies. The fees in your signed agreement are the ones that govern your project.

Inquiries

Sending an inquiry or a message does not create a contract or any obligation for either of us. We reply to every inquiry, and we may decide that a project is not a good fit for us.

Photos, projects, and testimonials

Project photos and descriptions show past work as built. Testimonials are shared with each client's written permission, in the form they chose. They describe that client's experience and are not a promise about the outcome of any other project.

Our content

The text, photos, logos, and design of this website belong to Daven Residential, LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own use. Please do not copy or reuse our content for any other purpose without asking us first.

Links to other websites

We may link to other websites, such as a lender we have worked with. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Using the site
